Laragon is the best free wamp server for Windows and the installer is available to download from laragon.org

Laragon provides a great development environment with a wide range of portable apps.
It's the closest you can get to a real Linux development environment on Windows.

WSL2 for linux does not even come close to the features and benefits provided by Laragon.
